Rain streams down my window
You once told me rain was God's tears
And the words captured my veneration
No, not only the words' beautiful meaning…but you, just you
Never once, though, did you ever really see me
And to think you said such resplendent words to my face

Looking back at a window, I watch more tears fall from the sky.
And while recollecting what he was and wasn't, I realize his words I will never forget,
Understanding still what they meant at one time, yet altered in my mind the words will forever be
Reaching into your soul was what you did for me, but really acknowledging me must have been too much…
You once told me rain was God's tears
Now I believe the rain is not God's, but my inner tears never cried for you.

one line was too long so it made the "lauryn" part of my name not look like a real acrostic.  gosh that sucks...hopefully anyone who reads this can over look it (it fit on Word where i originally wrote it).  SORRY!!!

ryanna lauryn~
This is absolutely beautiful!
It is never too late to participate in one of the
challenges and you've done an outstanding job of
meeting this particular challenge.
I am truly impressed.
EXTREMELY well done.
Hugs,
