Is it all she wanted?

Is it all she wanted?
To be dead
What crazy thoughts were going through her head
When she opened the bottle
Took them full throttle
Is it ok that we didn’t think about what she could have done
Do you think if we looked closer we would have seen what she wanted
If we would have held her hand and stopped her from the mess she has made
I wish I could turn back the hands of time
And make her ok
Maybe stopped her that very first time
I don’t know what she wanted
Maybe just some attention
I just don’t understand
Was it our fault?
Could we have stopped it
When its in her mind that she wants to die
And all the time just goes by so slow for her
Was it our right to stop what she wants
To change her mind from what she can do
Could we have taken the bottle out of her hand
And made sure she stayed alive that night
Is It us or is it her
Why cant our minds just concur
It doesn’t matter now
But I blame it on us
We could have stopped this.
We should have.
