Again, please be as hard as you want, I'm still tryin to wake up my muse, she's bein stuborn, little butt munch.
---------------------------------------------------

They want you to break down
To roll over for them
To admit you are broken

It's their job

They manipulate your mind
The only way you will get your uniform
Is by breaking

It's their job

They want your mind to break
Your body to break
Your spirit to break

It's their job

But don't let them fool you
Don't let them break you
Rather allow them to think your broken

It's your job

They're really not trying to break you
Only make you better
Make you stronger

It's their job

For with no spirit
No mind or body
Your not a Marine

Just another burnt out shell

Could have been a Marine
Could have been a soldier
But you weren't strong enough

To do your job

Read my work and read my thoughts
I'll go back into the night now

This is really nice.  I especially like the repetition "It's their job/It's your job" inbetween each verse, it linked nicely without being there just for the sake of it.
I was a little confused by the 'Uniform' line until I read further...
It's also a nice theme, something different and yet at the same time identifyable.

Well done.

~I haven't memorized all of the cute things to say but I'm working on it~
