BOOM!
There goes another one.
That's all it takes
To ruin the most precious thing in the world.
It just takes one pull of a trigger
And just one shot
To destroy a life.
Do you know what that life could turn out to be?
It could be the life that ends up saving yours;
It could be the greatest life in the world.
But how will we ever know
If it disappears?
That life could save all the people you care about;
That life could save the world.
But it's gone now,
Because people like you take it away.
The simplest action in the world,
A move of a finger,
Can destroy the most precious thing in the world,
A life.

This was really well thaught out and written. Everytime there is an untimely death we wonder what could have been.
You said it well when you said
"Do you know what that life could turn out to be?
It could be the life that ends up saving yours;
It could be the greatest life in the world.
But how will we ever know
If it disappears"

Keep writing

Another well written piece which may also have some truth to it.  We always sit and ponder the what if's.  I liked this keep up the good works.
