You're A Thorn On A Rose (10/01/03) © 2003 Brian Eggertsen, All Rights Reserved My eyes are rapped My soul's tortured My emotions are losing grip My heart's starting to flip You're a thorn on a rose You're a thorn on a rose You are so close I can taste you Driven my desire insane Driven to dream in vein I can't take this no more I can't face this no more You're a thorn on a rose The bumby country road You're the rain on a perfect planned summerday There's nothing more to say I am only a man Only so much I can stand Though you know how to joggle all of your things I've just started climbing You're the thorn on a rose Got no shelter No place to hide From the spell you cast over me Just how could you decieve You're a thorn on a rose You're a thron on a rose This heart of mine This blood of mine Does it mean anyhing to you Please stop painting me blue I can't face this no more I can't take this no more Refrain |
