I had the flu and stayed in bed
Played fever dreams within my head
I dreamt that Mike and I were wed
"I do," my Michael Jackson said

As I stood there in that place
In a gown of ebon lace
I looked close and saw a trace
Of glue that held his chin in place

I'd said, "I do" I don't know why
Then Michael turned away to fly
He held my hand then passed me by
Turned to Bubbles who caught his eye

At the altar standing there
All my friends smiled with no care
Those Canna lilies in my hair
Gave off a whiff of grave despair

When I awoke I was so wild
For Michael J had not smiled
He passed me by, so meek and mild
I had his name but no love child

Instead, a circus he did send
We played the games of his pretend
The carnival was at an end
As was my dream of fever's send

When I awoke I cried with woe
Alas, alack I'll never know
Would fever dreams that come and go
Cause me next to marry Toe

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

LOL...

It could be worse Ms. "Jackson" dear
You could be married to Balladeer,
Bug sprays his hair and underarms,
A cockroach has much better charm.

It's true there's riches with either "Mike"
And they both have the same complexion,
But Toerag's better every other way,
Just almost near perfection!

I was laughing so hard..I wasn't sure what this was  about..but it needs to be kept in front for others to read...

what a great sense of humour you have and the talent to put it to use...I actually think you have bested Toe...

Well, Keth, you're about 45 years too old for Michael Jackson and 45 years too young for Toerag. He needs them so weak and frail they can't run away.

You did real good with this one!! I'm sure you could do wonders about that dream with Toe and I, for one, anxiously await it!! LOL!

LOL!!! ROTFL!!! Awwwwwww, I'm sorry this was a dream with a sad ending, I too have half a mind in my dreams marrying a celebrity, both me and Joanna want to marry Shakira! LOL! (kiss on cheek) Aww, as for Toerag, we'll have to see if that's still legal! LOL! This is cute, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kethry, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Keth beloved heart sister and bringer of the dawn’s delight, YOU are right I love it.  See what happens when you are fevered darling heart, Krissy is going to get you for sure. Far be it for me to give you advice darling heart but I would take to hiding when you hear her knocking on the door It was bad enough that you out did her with Promise when I said you were fevered and sick she said ‘oh thanks mum make me feel better why don’t you. I knew Keth was good, if she can write like this when she’s ill I’m giving up now’

This had me laughing my socks off, that is if I wore socks, which I don’t. Wonderful writing darling heart utterly utterly wonderful.

Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire

OMG I think I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.  My eyes hurt.... Ya know what I meam?
When I think of M.J. I think of Thriller.... and he is getting to look more like that without the makeup lately... YIKES!!!

Well done, My dear.
