night was a bice slice of 114 to Dallas
front wheel throwin'up spray gray rain
a hundred mutts peeing in a fireplug wind

water blood bounced off the speedo's glasses
like a go fast pro banging wipeout hymms
after hours at babydolls on k mart skins

I slid my ski under an over pass garage
"first come first swerve" beside the newish jag
white girl & wood with night blue tin

unzipped my jacket and hung it over the bars
sleeves hung down like two black hoses
doing the dribble drool before the shakin'

"why don't you get in?" she cooed vulgar
a first time CD to a virgin with eight tracks
as she opened the passenger of "maybe you win"

I stepped in sheathish and sat back, blank mind
in the leather glove of instant explored pores
my imagination's body coated in dollar sign sin

"nice ride!" I offered as my eyes slid around
those curves like a sports car at a road ralley
"thank you" she replied while adjusting her trim

to impress with the sillycones and a sharen stone
move with legs and, "lots of tattoos."she hisspered
while tiptoeing fingernails and diamond gems

up my forearm to a puddle of ink that was still high
on my shoulder "nice nails," I countered
comparing them in my mind to the length of her hem

and how to get over the scars of morning afters
...she read my mind like a glossy eyed cat
"you ought to see what I can do with them"

"bowl?" I kidded licked,my humor was quick,
almost made her blink at it's slither
but it slid off the polished texture of her perfect whim

"I like to play with living toys" she growled,
as her fingers ripped rain spots from my beard
"why don't you take me, she tasked, out for a spin?"

"the lady is solo" was my replied lie
"then you ought to sell it, I could buy you one
that we could both play on" she ordered with a grin

her voice was the sound of a siren and lights
coming too fast behind when your packin colts
and a kilo, and ridin blind man stoned at 2am

I opened the door and stepped out hurry tall
looking back at the puddle I left in the seat
and at her thigh highs and the number she penned

on the back of a twenty with the scent of 'my sin'

You read like a biker mag on shakespearean steroids..Which of course..is very appealing to the inner wild child word goddess within me..Absolutely love this.

Good morning, DS

An amazing poem!  The scenes technocolor, with stereophonics.

(smiles) Wow, that's funny, my depiction of you is almost just like what Martie said, you're like half-Shakespeare and half Robert M. Pirsig! (big hugggssssss) This is very deep and provocative writing as always, sweet friend, I LOVE IT, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!
