There's a lot I've learned about football fans.. Since I first stood in those huge "grand stands". Some sit and study the players and their skills.. Quietly figuring out what gives them the "will". Others paint their faces and scream at the team! But, do the players ever really know what they mean? Some like to go to games in a group with their friends.. Some like to stay at home and cheer the team to a win. But.. being a fan should always mean that you ARE.. Including when your favorite team plays well below par. Through the good.. through the bad.. you are there.. Some how thinking the team KNOWS that you care. But, one of the things that I have learned the most about football fans.. No matter what KIND of fan you are .. you don't have to be a man. :-) |

I thank you kindly for the permission!  and yep, I burp beer with the best of 'em. (though I must own up to a masochistic streak, being a SAINTS fan, yanno...) and doncha just love this time of year? Enjoyed. *hic* |
