~By Sue~ He sounded like he was not sure Whether he wanted me to leave What he does not realize now, is It is not up to him, it is up to me Each and everyday he has been gone Leaving me with my mind to wonder And to think about all that he has done For me to leave I really think is better He always showed very little concern For any of the dreams I might have had Everything I tried to talk to him about He always made it sound like it was bad The only things he talked about having Were only the things he was interested in Anything that I might have wanted to have He always acted like it was a real bad sin So it is my choice to leave him here behind I have no desire to even give it another try After all of the things he has said and done There will be no more chances for him to lie 8-14-02 |
