Lyra...hugss and thanks for spending the last few hours with me before coming home. It was a pleasure meeting both you and David..and I will never forget the enjoyable meal we shared. I have been a bit busy trying to sort my life out at the moment and have just now begun to look through my photos and try to write a poem that encompasses all we went through. I don't think I will be able to do the gathering any justice, as many of you have, but thought I would try and do it in Ballad form...in one poem. This was cute, and despite what most think..I did have the best spot to sleep...even if it was a closet  Thanks again and give my best to David. many hugsssss Maureen |

Thanks so much, Anne... I wish you could've been there to enjoy all the fun also... but Maureen got first dibs on the closet, which really was the best place in that house to sleep... definitely the quietest with 14 poeple...  ~ lots of chipmunk hugsLyra |

I'm so glad that you enjoyed this, Maureen... Its taken me a while to get back here because I've been so busy... We got back here late last Sunday night and on Monday morning I had to start radiation treatments in Ann Arbor... and now I'm doing physical therapy along with it... so I don't have as much time as usual, but I'm hoping to put those crutches down in the basement permanently soon... ~ hugs from a chipmunk who iws working on getting her scamper backLyra |
