Whether weather is hot to trot through fluently
or blue stale skies fly awkwardly by,
recruit on route to my side bay,

more rain for me and fine by me
today and

tomorrow is a replay,

repeat,

replay,

a sunsetting zen of drought
wrought by lime line winds on range
or a Sausalito libido temp change,

all is well in my necked woods
northeast of the beast blooming
out of season,

replete.

When you think you have heard it all,
listen more closely.

I love this autumn song! Especially that beast part.

Thank you, Midnitesun. *s
The 'beast' was in reference to Hurricane Lili. Thankfully, I wasn't in its path.

When you think you have heard it all,
listen more closely.

I like the descriptiveness in this poem. It is an awesome write.

Cold hands means a warm heart
