Amanda

Her hair
Fine and bright
Silver strands of light

Her lips
Pink and soft
Petals of rose

Her skin
Pale and smooth
Rippling waves of silk

She presses her lips to mine
She fuels my entire being
Fire pulses in my viens

Enthralled, I seek refuge
In her warm embrace
Her fragile but perfect body warming my soul

My heart is alive with her
I am hers
And she is mine

I do not think about myself
Not even us
In my mind, there is only her

sweetly romantic

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.
