*Loosing myself in the Passion of Poets*

I took a plane all by myself and flew long way to Boston town
I took a bus for two hours long, at Falmouth he has put me down
Nan was there and I hugged her firmly then we ate some dinner too
She took me to all kind of places, but fishing there I could not do

I made this poem, it's a long one, for every poet I've met I wrote a stanza and joined a pic. I can't show them here because I'm only allowed 5 pics. The poem was up here before, but later on I thought if you wanna see the pics too, wich is the purpose of this poem, you have to read the poem twice and that's not nice. So I only left the first stanza here, you can see the rest if you follow the link below. Sorry didn't know how to do it any other way without getting you all bored.

Titia---you made me cry with your obvious joy at meeting long lost family. And? yes, I am envious--you are so charming, how could I not? A wonderful heart-warming poem--thank you for sharing the smiles.

Now this is a poem worth keeping. Even though I wasn't there, I feel like I personally know each one of the poets that was at the gathering.

Thank you Titia for sharing.

Hugs, Marti

Titia, a wonderful rendition of what was obviously a good time, had by all!  I am so very glad you make it to the US all in one piece, just to be hugged to pieces!  I wish I could have met you, but I'm glad for your poem in blue!

Titia, thank you for the memories--even if they weren't mine (would have liked for them to have been!)

I went to the link you provided and it was a delight to see the photos you took and how you interspersed them throughout your wonderful travelogue! I saved it to one of my 'Favorite' files!

The more I read your words, the more I like you!

I am so happy that your adventure to the States was everything that you hoped it would be--and from the sound of it---it was, and even more!

~ May you return to the American shores as often as the waves!---and perhaps, one of those times, I may get to meet you face to face and have that cup of jo we talked about!

Titia, you just made me feel I was "knuffled" by this wonderful poem but then you always do with your words.  You have the characters "down pat", and I am SO very glad you had a good time. Mac fell through the sack?  LOL, figures! , and how wonderful that this  home without a wall, our haven without ends, a circle we all call - our Family of Friends has been created by Ron in order that we do get to meet one another through the pages of blue, and in person when possible.  However, it is wonderful that you all share your "in person" expererience with the rest, as you are so good at it, we feel like we were there.

Great job of this poem Titia, but I am sure you have more to do yet?

Such a wonderful poem and presentation! Titia, for you to come to a new country by yourself and do as much as you did on your own is amazing. You are an incredible lady and I am proud to know you and call you friend

I would have loved to have been lost in the crowd of fun, Titia...seeing all of the pictures made my eyes a bit misty...because you've just shown, once again...that the poets here are very real...and I wanted to reach out, and touch every one!

Thank you for this lovely!

A great job here, Titia...
It was so much fun to meet you and all of the others...
And you are much prettier in person, than in your photos.
