Taste Of Timeless Beauty

sun baked I thirst
for the sweet
tangerine taste
of sunset
pungent time beads
burst across the sky
as darkness peels back
another layer of day
splashing sangria moments
oozing through breeze
with purple, yellow
and different oranges
exploding to reveal
the liquid language
of timeless beauty

I’m not disappointed,  I never expected anything from you.

Sunset

the sun sinks
or so one thinks
but if we might
chase this sight
from east to west
in global quest
around this sphere
and back to here
would we find
blown the mind
by nothing other
than too much color?

julie...thank you...you always say nice things about my poetry...

noah...smooch sweetie...i can ALWAYS count on you for something wonderful...

sheri...thank you for the sweet words...

Lord Grey...beautiful...just beautiful...now YOU inspired me....hope you like...

from color to taste
it blends inspire
shall we add touch
to flame desire
from where you are
is it same sky I see
where paint pails
spill so wild and free
and dip ourselves
in each brilliant tint
roll across cotton clouds
to get a reflective print
then smear on lips
to place colorful kiss
this is the sky I see
erotically filled with bliss

I’m not disappointed,  I never expected anything from you.
