Waiting for Love

For 5 years I waited for the right guy
Yet all I found were the wrong ones
Some verbally abusive
Some that just did it on a bet

Now I am 23
And I finally found the perfect guy
He isn't mean
But he is kind
He calls me his angel
His princess
Says I am perfect to him
And I love this

So waiting for love
was well worth it
Because in time
I found the perfect one

Cold hands means a warm heart
