Oh-My-Galoshing
~*Marge Tindal*~

Splishing and sploshing
and Oh-my-galoshing
Dandelions in roar
Who can stop the rain
We do not need more
Weatherman has warned
yet another storm
Promising to bring
more of the same thing !

Not if we get it first, Sunshine... My eggplant thinks it's a sponge... and I'm tired of lugging the water to satisfy its thirst! LOL

I couldn't go a day without a Marge poem... and what a delight this is to find. *S* The werk monster is gonna wonder why I'm smiling after he's worked so hard to sew a frown on my face. *G*

Now let's get serious here! Colorado and Arizona are desperate for rain. Can't you do a 'send the rain their way dance?'

Oh my gosh! Still raining? I am sure the farmers here wouldn't mind, if you send some of that rain their way.

Marge,
I'm so jealous!!!! We need the rain so bad out here!  Seems to just be passing us by at every turn! not fair! not fair!
I only say this cause we really need the rain to contain this fire burnin here! Great poem though!

Really cute, Marge...
I happen to love the rain, especially thunderstorms.  We had one the other night at 3 AM.  It woke David up but I slept right through it.  I wish he had wakened me, because I haven't seen a good storm in quite a while.  It always seems to rain in the middle of the night here....

~ stormy hugs
