MY THOUGHTS TO LARRY C

A Prose Poem

Many of us
Have reached out to Larry,
Attracted by his civility, humor, attentiveness.

I KNOW I DID.

New to Passions,
I was touched
By his warm and courteous response
And his encouragement to “keep writing.”

We all sat with tears in our eyes
As his heart was broken wide open.

I KNOW I DID.

We were all astonished
at the outpouring
from his broken heart
of love, wisdom and courage.

I KNOW I WAS.

We are all enriched
And inspired
By his sharing, caring
Friendship.

I KNOW I AM.

Many of us
Have a need
To tell him that
He is so loved, admired and appreciated.

I KNOW I DO.

How many tears can I cry? I am incredibly humbled by your words and by your love. I have so much to learn of life...I just hope it isn't all as painful as this. Thank you ever so much and even more. Your humble and thankful friend. Larry C

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Louise, this is soooooo beautifully heartfelt, sweet friend, I too was heartbroken when I first saw Larry's overflowing of emotion from his loss and my thoughts and prayers are with him everyday still as I know how he feels! (sigh) God Bless You, sweet friend, you are a true angel, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Larry, thank you for sharing!
