Pitter-Patter Sound

~Tiny toes~
from smallest mold-
I watch your innocence
float away…

If I could~
(as mothers would)
~So delicate~
you’d stay…

But now I see~
you’re just like me,
(can’t wait to get ahead)

Small steps you take~
(in parents wake)
Be independent
instead…

Perfection’s toes~
I watch you grow
(wondrous)
they touch the ground…

No help from us
~so simply blessed~
With *pitter-patter*
sound…

OH, do I appreciate this writing!  Pitter Patter of little feet and expanding independance is always welcomed, and "not".  Great poem, devina!

Tanya darling girl this is simply gorgeous, absolutely perfect. The flow of this river of words is beautiful confection of delight and your little cuties enhace this wonder with rainbow colour. Beautifully written, well done. You know I love this don’t you? Of course I do

You always manage to write exquisitely in this you’ve excelled I love it utterly
Love and light

Love and warm stuff
As always
Mushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the eathquake wind and fire

I love the way you've displayed the most important steps...the first ones.

You are a wonderful mother, and have a beautiful daughter.

Hugs,
Kris
