When the world seems so against you
and you can't tell black from white
If you feel you've lost your way
and nothing is going right~

Take a look around you
gaze at the company you're in
If they're headed a different direction
you may just need to turn around
and follow the lead of friends~

For there is comfort in friendship
that brings us to higher ground
Nothing like friends pulling together
to turn the impossible around~

*One photo ... two thoughts of inspire~

Margie girl darling heart sister of my soul and writer of life’s truths and wisdom, your thoughts of inspire simply leave me agog. Truly exquisite darling girl. I love what you did with one image, I love it utterly utterly utterly.

Admittedly I love all your writing but, sometimes something especially you pops out the inkwell and these two gems are something very special.

I wub you

Love and warm stuff
As always
Slushy

Breathe through the heat of our desire
Thy coolness and they balm
Let sense be dumb let flesh retire
Speak through the earthquake wind and fire

Marge, of the two, this is my favorite, but both are great
Love the photo, too.

Marge:  You're right, sometimes we need to go with the flow!  I have this picture on my screensaver.  Loved it when I first saw it.

Marge,
You're pretty smart for your age! Well done as always.

I like this poem too - nice contrast with being different - the wonderful energy given to us by the tension that is so well presented in these 2 poems - loved them - Paul

To be foolish, silly, happy
To reply with comebacks snappy
Was that ever really me?
Will that person again be?
Probably not, I'd have to say
But you've brightened up my day!
