The Dance
~*~
Feelings slice the night
as hot stars burst in delight
a forever hunger is satisfied
in eyes that dance
in golden silence

Very beautiful and succinct. It's rare that someone can use so few words and still put across such a complete idea and image. Loved it.

I always did enjoy a good dance, but it always takes me forever to describe what you did so beautifully in so few words.  Lovely verse and even lovelier thoughts.
