~* From The Shadows Of A Soul *~
© Mysteria 02/2000-Ver. 2

One single thought can birth a dream
from the shadows of your soul.
It lingers patiently in time,
for your heart to make it whole.

In dreams, a thought awaits your touch
to give it wings to fly.
So suddenly, and mystically,
it lifts you towards the sky.

Dreams are what you make of them.
Ride your mind to a far off land.
They come with no instructions;
in your mind is where they stand.

A prayer can waken a dream in slumber
tucked away from your past.
Your dream resurrects its course
to impressions that will last.

Our destiny is not defined
in journals that we read
it's found within our footprints
and, the places that they lead.

There's nothing out of reach in this life
that your vision can't behold.
There's no story quite as beautiful
as the ones your dreams have told.

Melissa, help yourself to the picture and the optimism - they both are beneficial.

Bridget ~ How nice to see you - I am behind but will go see what you have been up to lately - and thank you.

I see you have torn away from the grandchildren in a BIG way What a wonderful combination, with the music and picture. And the poem, ah, the perfect poem of dreams, for this hopeless dreamer.

Dreams are what you make of them.
Ride your mind to a far off land.
They come with no instructions;
in your mind is where they stand.

This is a strikingly beautiful poem, Sharon....with a gorgeous presentation.
Dreams are amazing pieces of creativity which we often ignore.

Caught one of yours over in SJ and now I am treated to this beauty with not one but "3" presentations of art rolled up into a splendid package of uplifting.  You make some very valid points in your words and with faith riding in your heart, the smiles will always be on your shoulders for all to see.  Beautiful words from you on this one.
