I send a dozen roses
But don't tell you my name
I left my pen to speak my words
But was it all in vein?

I chose the poem carefully
One I thought you'd like
It talked of stardust on my hands
And a dream I had last night

I wasn't there to see your face
When you opened the card
I simply couldn't take the chance
You see, for me love's hard

I always seem to screw it up
I never trip, I fall
So maybe it's a better thing
You don't know me at all

At least now I have showed you
What your smiles mean to me
And even if you never know
I'd love you gracefully

A bird never flies so high that it can't hit the ground

Kris, ditto the above..tell her!...it is always nice to have someone tell you "I love you"....fear of rejection is an evil monster and i hope you'll overcome this demon...

Tell her, tell her, otherwise you will be like the corpuscle who loved in vein. BTW the spelling of your vein should be vain.

Glad to see today's the day...
and if the answer is no?
You're no worse off for it...

you'll live to write again...

but if the answer is YES...
you'll write then, as well...

If they've talked you into this Kris...we will be reading some good stuff hereafter!!!

So I've tripped and fallen
I've skinned both my knees
But now I must rid
of this shyness disease...

*big wink*

and you're much too cute to be shy hun!!

For all who left replies of encouragement, I confessed to her. It didn't go very well.
so, back to the rough draft.

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Kristopher, I'm sorry it didn't work out as you hoped it would, sweet friend, I know just how you fel but you are a very deserving person and I know you will find the love of your dreams very soon; I used to feel the same way that I would never be loved by anyone but then ever since I've known Joanna, I love her so much and she has proved me wrong! (sigh) Keep believing in your dreams, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kristopher, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

my goodness...I love this one, so sad that she doesn't have the sense to open her eyes a bit wider and see the greatness of your heart.
