Loneliness is the feeling, That you get inside. It's a horrible feeling, That we all try to hide. It's when there is no one, To laugh or cry with. In my honest opinion, happiness is a myth. I just want to lay down In my room and die. I can't shed one tear, As I'm too sad to cry. Why can't I find Someone to love and care for. I have lots of friends, But I want something more. All I want Is to be there for someone. To live and to die with, And even have fun. I have tried and tried, And tried yet again. But it seems in love, I will never win. I suppose I'll be alone Forever and always. Although I hope, None of this stays. So don't worry about me, As I'll be alright. I'll just be lonely Night after night. If you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe. |

Sometimes it feels like the end of the world, doesn't it? I like your poem, it expresses the ache of loneliness well. Cheer up, though. You can survive alone, I've done it for 20 years now. Nan |

Lonliness is all in the mind, one day you will see that there are really many people around you who love you and care for you ... And don't forget it's very difficult to be lonely for very long when there are 12 billion people in the world - go out and meet them; one day you will meet the right one .
