I Wonder
~*~
I wonder if the touch of a hand
can be forgotten
when it sends tingles up your spine
I wonder if a kiss
can be forgotten
if it burns the inner self
that was not known to exsist
I wonder if a certain twinkle
in sparkling eyes
can ever be forgotten
when with one look
there's no will to resist
I wonder if the love of my life
knows
I could never forget
~*~

The mind may close the door on those memories, but the heart will never forget.

(sigh) Oh Debra, I believe while not all aspects of love could be accepted, the heart will always have a place for all the simple pleasures that are shared! (kiss on cheek) This is delightful, sweet friend, you always write such beautifully heartfelt poems, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Debra, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

I am not sure if I would want it to be forgotten or not, but I sure do know that there are times that I wish it could.
Very nice write and even nicer to see you posting.  Now, let's not let too many days elapse before we see you in here again.

There is a very real emotion in this poem... all I know is that nothing so beautiful can EVER be lost.

Sigh, I wonder this too. I cannot forget either, but he seem to have.
Beautifully done.
