Essence Of Me

If you feel a breeze touch your face
Or almost detect a delicate trace
If there’s a hint of perfume in the air
Put out your hand I’ll be there
I’m waiting in everything you do
Feel me there close to you
Can you detect the hint of me?
Laying over your soul so lightly

If you feel the heat begin to flow
Or you see a soft fading shadow
If the curtains seem to restlessly stir
When you’re sure no one is actually there
Don’t be disturbed it’s only me
Coming to visit you spiritually
I’m there in the touch of this
The soft whispers of a tracery kiss

If you feel a touch of soul’s delight
Whispering over you in the night
If you catch an almost glimpse of me
Drifting over your room silently
Breathe in the essence of my touch
Feel me flowing though you as such
Where you are I’m there too
Drinking in the thought of you

Marsha

I enjoy watching the poets of passion grow in their writing, and this is one of your best doll.  Well done.  *s*s*

Mahhhhhhhhhshaaaaa   Mahhhhhhshhhaaaaa
can you hear my heart's praise softly call to you?
The drums say:
Maaaaasha manages to say wihat a delighted spirit
wishes it COULD say.
Such a windfall it is, to know you, read you,
and lotterize in your poetic bath words.
