The Middle Of The End

Oh, I sure know what gone feels like
But, the rain's every bit here in my head
I'm right where sane and losing strength
Have found their way to friends...

I think I've been about everywhere one can be
I've touched the sun and Lords knows I wear the ground
You must not cry that my thunder is louder then yours
Cause, I fear, not you, holding me down...

I know the difference between the ol' mighty and the wicked
Sometimes, feel the winds much harder then most souls do
My friend, I'm down and it's pouring like never before
But, you must never allow my rain to immerse you, too...

I'm beyond the beginning and just hanging somewhere in the middle
Not even sure if tomorrow will be mine to hold
But, I can say on my journey to find my way home
You never once allowed me to feel the bitter cold...

I'm stuck in the middle, the middle of the end
Where moving on and needing you come crashing in
I am in between dreaming and reality
Where hanging on and falling apart have no certainty...

Oh, if asked if I've found my place, one thing I'd say
The world will surely know when I have reached the end
I'm stuck in the middle of the end between losing myself and grace
Yes, I've walked the rain, I did, but in the hands of a friend...

It's a good tribute to friendship, Saunni....and not wanting to bring your friend down with your own burdens makes you a very special lady

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Saunni, I understand how you feel, and believe me, we're all in this journey together, and yet we will find a time where we crawl out from between the chasm of the middle of the end and we find that beacon in the end, but it is really just the beginning of a whole new dream come true for you! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderful, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Saunni, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

Saunni,
That's a walk I'd enjoy! Let it pour. Wonderful write.
