Life or Something Less Silver seas of faces Etch through stone-faced trouble Flow in conquest unbridled Against the tidal trials Destine to fall from craggy cliff And conspire in waiting waterway Where Charon waits to ferry. I just read your critique and the only thing I can think of that I didn't like about this, is that there was not enough of it.But then, I wouldn't dream of changing the ending by adding words either. The impact of Charon being the end was a smooth touch. I like this, and I love dark poetry. I hope to see more like this from you! |
