There seems to be some reason for these veils of uncertainty
Perhaps some cruel trick of fate, perhaps some golden destiny
To walk among the ones so loved shrouded as invisible
Expecting thoughtfulness the same, significant, indivisible

There seems to be some journey that requires motion out
Unknowing of the path to take at times consumed with doubt
This travel now becomes the only true stability to know
Expecting to identify a destination, a final point to go

There seems a home to find, a settlement of endless miles
Perhaps a hearth to welcome, perhaps some happy smiles
To climb so far as every turn seems learned out on my own
Expecting to discover soon the reason, to end this walk alone

ThisDiamond...I love how you have woven the solitary with the hope of finding a matching half. New England breeds some very fine poets...you are among the very best.

(sigh) This is so very well-said, sweet friend, may every loves search be completed alone and that third-person view be replaced with a wonderful vision of "we" and living in double! (kiss on cheek) This is wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kathleen, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

ThisDiamond, how beautifully you write, tonight. Me thinks that the secret to everything we desire is to fuse all into One singular God. One, two or as many spirits as we call to us, all into a Singular Energy, in pure perfect Love.
