I question that in me
which one day tried
so hard to maintain
this love
The most difficult part
is dealing with the loss
of not loving you
anymore
And still it's unreal
after loving you so
many years that I
don't have that anymore
Is this goodbye
or so we linger on
waiting for a flicker
to spark and create
new love
Sentiments driven
mad by the uncertainties
of life
Do we accept this
and walk on
or do we make up
in the middle of the night
when loneliness strikes
expecting to heal
love wounds
With each touch
like two strangers in the dark
loving by the senses not the heart
Giving in
for a moment
silently hidding the tears
victims of love

(big hugggsssssss) This is so very sad, sweet friend, my heart goes out to the many who fail to love from the heart and hide tears only to result in heartbreak later! (sad sigh) May true love that feels from the heart always embrace you happily, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Walker, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

...sentiments driven mad by uncertainties...
This is the fruit of the entire piece for me...the missing is almost sweet, the not knowing is insanity. An ocean of emotion met me at this shore. Wonderful. ThisDiamond

When my first wife divorced me I wanted desperately to work out our problems and keep our family together...she was determined to form a new life sans me...hard as we try it will always take two to work out the matters of love and relationships...if one drifts away the burden weighs heavy on the other...James
