As I sit in front of the red curtain
I ponder what enigmas behold behind it.
Could it be a creation made by my imagination
or a curtain that screams eerie illusions.

The first time i opened this red curtain
I spoke to a dwarf with no name
and told me that the end was near
and that some tangent universe was conquering mankind.

The second time I opened this red curtain
I talked to my disfigured reflection, my identity
and urged me to change my ways
that some day my life would backfire.

The third time I opened this red curtain
I urged myself to stop seeing these things
I felt confused and raged
I wanted it to go away.

Suddenly, I stared at the red curtain
and oddly opened by itself.
What caught my surprise
was that nothing appeared but pitch blackness.

As my eyes faded to this red curtain
everything seemed out of focus
I couldn't realize what was it behind the curtain
And suddenly I inferred the scenery.

A bright smile came into my face.

"Silencio..no hay banda..no hay orquesta. We hear a band yet we don't see a band". It is all a recording. Silencio. It is all an illusion".

This is interesting...I found "red" to be very effective, being of "witchy" leaning..Red being the color of desire, I enjoyed the psychological implication through this slant of thought.

Will be reading more of you (I hope!)
