thanking you for the inspiration

look into the pond,
what do you see?
reflection of a face, on clear days
bough of a tree
sunlit crested ripples
shield shallow homes...surfaces stippled
mirrors cumulous skys above?
supports a feather of a dove.

delve into ocean depths,
do you see the same?
vast acquatic realms,
feeding coral reefs...great blue signals
reflected sounds of endangered species
trough of untold human feces,
deep sea treasure chests laid bare
hull planks deposited far from glare.

I do like it when others feel someone's touch, and come back with something from their soul...

Karilea,

I get your point, Corinne's touch was somewhat nostalgic..I wanted to amplify some points moreso and in effect its how I see it, less picturesque and sensual...revealing some harsher realities
