Snow, barren as trainwhistles Beyond the horizon trees claw up like hands spilling earth Cold quiet, expectant with springs infant squeal focus in toward the escaping breath Watch it flutterdie among the listless molecules Stiff stretchings of woody spindles reach roundless toward the ether focus in toward the flaring ash catching vapors in their branches The moon, a wisp of smoke Its’ stuttersigh with thoughtful loving yous Snatch it, catterwalling from the missing yous Singing hues Blinding clues Colors blind the dead and grey Lovers bind the trees in flay ribboned like the pole of May Rapids and whiteforked foam see my rocky soul in the loam The witch is bound but longs to dance Ghostly fingers pry the chance round the silkened legs in prance Whittled crow in bend of pine as the flute flies on the breeze and pining rows of brittle wheat flatten glad beneath the feet The spittle softens sheath of priestess fair and mourner meek Puddling, on silent lips whispers beg for name of beast Rumors ask the boon of priest The dance.... A stone... A story.. A tone Atone the bones of those in stones the way the muscles move the bone Read the shadow of light on skin as the sun does rise again Shed the story in sweat's begin Begin the shed of sweaty sin The stones, the tones of listener's beat bang the hearts the soles of feet Rippling shades of darkness bound Ecstatic is the only sound Praise the placing of the Crown [This message has been edited by wranx (02-27-2003 11:12 PM).] |

You should all come out and take another bow! *applause* I wouldn't know who wrote what where, but it worked beautifully! So are each one of you going to post your own minutes from the meeting? I liked the title a lot...it's kind of crafty and leaves it open to just about anything, Loved the ribbons on the May pole btw and the placing of the crown! Good troop you guys make~ |
