The way I let my feelings flow
When my mind hurts so much,
and the pain just needs to be released.

I take out my pen,
and I sit and caper my thoughts on to paper.
And my mind it just wiggles right out to the paper,

what you see is what you get,
From my heart,
straight from my mind.

Wiggles, I call them.
They come from every aspect of life,
wiggling out when I cannot see.

When I think that I'm happy,
as I start to get yappy and then
BAM!

I've got to run and find a pen,
to write,
these wiggles that corrupt my mind..

Mind Wiggles, the poetry,
of my mind, the thoughts in my head,
the heart and soul and the jist of me.
