The lights have dwindled
so far away,
Oh don't you see the
burning night.

The clouds have all
scattered.
The lives that have
mattered are
welcome now into
the light.

The dreams that we hold
are not frightened
but bold and the hopes
that we have are
receiving their right.

Into the wind.  The
shuddered thoughts.
Throw them away.
For now....

the Night.

This is sad, though
beautifully written.
Hugs,
