Why?

Imagine the perfect day
Amazing in every way
Everything you wanted it to be
Like being blind your whole life
And having this one single day to see

But its taken away
Someone broke your perfect day
And now it’s all gone
Why?

You wake up
It all seems right
You don’t have to fight the tears
You just smile
Time doesn’t matter, lay here for a while

But its taken away
Someone broke your perfect day
And now it’s all gone
Why?

The pain you used to feel
It doesn’t even seem real
This is so uplifting
I’ve lost the ground
Something new has been found

But its taken away
Someone broke your perfect day
And now it’s all gone
Why?

Why give me the perfect day
If all your gonna do
Is rip it all away
I feel the pain
It burns again

Life’s one long day
Sometimes perfect
In every way
Obviously not today
Why?

And I don't want the world to see me 'Cause I don't think that they'd understand When everything's made to be broken I just want you to know who I am

you're, not your

Smiling here, and also sending you a warm cyber hug.
Hope your day is as near-perfect as can be, within your reality.
