I looked into your eyes and saw them sparkle with excitment.
I watched your lips turn from a small smile into a huge grin within minutes.

I saw your eyes.
They looked troubled, as if they were trying to find some relief.
I saw your face.
It looked distressed, your spirit longing for something more than what it presently had.

I couldn't see your eyes.
They were still covered in a veil of red from the constant flowing tears.
Your face was shadowed.
Your lips seemed to move slowly, quivering all at the same time.

I saw your eyes.
They shined with happiness.
Your face, it looked so peaceful.
You looked so refreshed and relieved.

When your eyes sparkled with excitement-
I had someone to talk to.
When your eyes were red from tears-
I had someone to pray for.
And when your eyes shined with happiness
my heart lept and I came to a conslusion.....
I had definitely found a friend.

My friend, a gift.
My friend, a blessing.
My friend, a miricle.
My friend.....heaven sent.

No one can convince me you aren't an angel.
For you are the sun in my sky;
the rainbow that goes by.
You are the bright moon in my night;
my hero in any plight.

I thank God for sending you.
You must be heaven sent.
I just know this has to be true.

Beautiful. I really enjoyed this. I like the definition of a friend you portray in this. Very nice
