This is about letting go of the past, but the difficulty it will take.....

The Battle Of Mind & Body

The constant battle between body and mind,
A frightening awakening, my bodily bind,
I need let go of my past and sorrow,
To recapture the strength of my weakened soul,

But how do you cure a broken Heart?
forget the past, let the future start?
But, one mistake will start the hate,
Distrust must be my fate,

I thought that I could never trust another man enough to give him my heart after I was hurt so badly by my deceased husband. Now I've given my heart to my Love, but still sometimes the fears and doubts try to creep into my mind. I am very blessed that my Love is so understanding and patient with me when this happens.

Never lose hope, because there is someone out there who will love you as much as you love them. It comes when you least expect it, sometimes. My Love and I were not looking for anyone when we found each other.
