“FOREVER OF US BOTH” by Bill Charles ~~~~ Once in a while I sit on the river bank and think about things that were, or might have been, and I wonder of them… I close my eyes and you appear within, I see your smile, the magic of tenderness in your eyes, and I feel serene with the warmth of you… Yet I ponder why I’m here and you’re there, perhaps it’s just the grand scheme of things, to be sure of the forever of us both… ~~~~ |
