“Off with her head!”
Mad Queen declares
No rivals allowed.

Yet reading the lines
Or between

Tells me even Alice
Would be the only one

No mad tea party
Makes the mirror images
Different

But once we have jumped
Through the hole
Our reflections change

Your wrapped this up tight, and quite well...

So good to see you back!

As she was posting on the blue
"How clever", Alice thought of you.
Her head on tight, in fact in towel,
She's in between her lines of now.

"You rival her", this Alice smiled,
Declared she with a heart beguiled.

Read me if and when you choose,
through the cracks, but don't confuse
the matter dear, I'm party prone
masked here waiting, all alone.

Sunshine: Nice to be back... for at least a while. Thanks for the nice words

Alice:

Mad Hatter's Cheshire Grin
leaves one wondering what's within
Mirror reversed the image there
Wondering if indeed a soul would bare

Sometimes I'm Mad and madder still
for lost my hat upon the hill
but smile I can when I begin
to bare my soul or my within...

You are a real treat "C"
hugssss..I have missed you, too.

Then, it is probably best not to jump into wabbit holes

I really enjoyed this one, Cpat...I don't know your intended meaning, but I interpreted it as going from this life to the next...if there really is such a thing!

the poem was so very well written and so very thought provoking too!
