     Annie and Arnold Annoying

     Don't you stare!
     Don't you dare. . .
     pass the baton to
     Annie and Arnold Annoying.

     Yellow underwear, under there
     Walmart closes the door
     when they see them coming
     Annie and Arnold Annoying

Please don't try on the bathing suits
     store clerks beg and plead
     But listen do they?
     Oh heaven forbid
             ...not...
     Annie and Arnold Annoying

They could leave a ring around a pool.
     In their plaid bell bottoms
     and Nehru shirts
they strut their stuff, feeling so cool
     Annie and Arnold Annoying

He's wearing two left shoes -
     leans like a sinking ship
     No purse has she
     only fannypack on hip
     Annie and Arnold Annoying

They pile into their '64 Corvair
midsummer, but still blasting hot air
She snags her elbow-sagged bra strap
on the springs sprung down there
     Annie and Arnold Annoying

     His left signal stays on
     for miles and miles
     they're sentenced to 'Life'
in a world of hard trials
     - Annie and Arnold Annoying  -

(sorry...*s*...it ain't poetic genius,
and maybe i am a bit touched in the head,
but maybe also ya got a teeny chuckle out of it.   :0)

Yes, I did get a chuckle out of this. I think we’ve all seen an Annie and Arnold Annoying and you’ve described them very well. Thanks for the laugh

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Tracey:  isn't that sooooo annoying behind them at Wal-Mart, or K-mart,
or Tar-Jay?  ooops....guess i am telling too much about where I shop!

Actually, was inspired by A&A while buying food one night at the local grocery,
and was both in awe and repelled by them at the same time.  *s*

Much obliged for the read and the reply, Trace,
and.....sincere smiles.....have a lovely Valentine's Day!!!!!!
(ps....you have....hmm..roughly 6 minutes to enjoy it!)

ROTFLMAO, I've seen them. But I'm sure glad you didn't see me at KMart in my old torn Arctic coat, sweatpants and bunny boots.
I enjoyed this bit'o humor.
