If you loved today,
you will love tomorrow,
for tomorrow will be
just like today.

That’s what
the weatherman said.
Only he did not see
the dark clouds overhead.
He only saw the sunshine.

I wish I had his view.
I wish I had only seen the sunshine,
not the stormy clouds of you.
And so perhaps,
I will not love tomorrow,
as I loved today.

The weather man is not always right...and besides, without the storm, the fair time would be blaa. Great metaphor for feeling here. Much enjoyed!

There's always tomorrow though!
Damn weatherman is never right,
But there are always little pockets
of sun peaking through those dark clouds.

Kacy, this is very well done!
Love the way you used the weather
in regard to the way you are feeling....
but, just remember....

Hey, thanks dear friends! LOL, our weatherman misses the target about 50% of the time. I actually wrote this one as it came to me, about 5 minutes after listening to "Sgt Shultz", our local TV weather dude. (Hope he forgives me.)

(smiles) Wow, this reminded me of that 10,000 Maniacs song 'Like The Weather", I know with all my heart that though there will always be storms to nweather, your extended forecast looks sunny and you will again feel this love again and again!
