Darkness no longer surrounds me anymore
With the closing of one I opened a new door
Love found me, it healed me in shades of blue
I didn't know love...until I saw you

Now in the presence of your wonderful love
I'm feeling the healing magic of our Lord above
You are an Angel, calming my deepest fears
You've helped to replace smiles with what once was tears

Our times together may be short, but I hope not
Still no matter...so many things to me you've taught
What was once just empty space is no longer
You've helped me to face my demons, making me stronger

I pray that you and I shall forever last
And one day all doubts I can cast
Just pardon me for a moment or two
If I'm still in awe of the wonderfulness of you

I've never been touched by such beauty and grace
You are the finest of wine, the softest of lace
No matter if you were to leave tomorrow
And I was consumed with such deep sorrow

I'd know in my heart so true
That I was loved by you

(kiss on cheek) And I hope that this moment lasts a lifetime and true love will always fill your heart and battle all these demons and tears for you, sweet friend, you deserve the greatest happiness! Amy darling lil sis of my heart this is utterly utterly wonderful. You know darling heart, never have I been prouder of you than I am right now. You’ve grown so much as a person, and as a poet. YOUR writing is getting better and tighter every day. Not that your writing hasn’t always been excellent it has, but lately you’ve condensed it down to the essential spirit and it simply shines darling girl shines like a star.
