Repost:

           Happiness

Happiness flows in little drops,
From candy sweet to ice cream pops
Making snowballs and sand piles.
Or laughing tears or pleasant wiles.

Happiness flows in tacit turns
From smiling inlets and return
Meeting friends in common explore.
Some people comming through the door

Happiness is El Do-ra-do
Or the sighting of a rainbow
A moment on a traveling tour.
The fulfillment of a brochure.

Happiness is a birthday cake
A candle blown a wish you make
The gaining of another year.
And to some just an ice cold beer.

The comfort of the place you are
Or just a light beam from a star.

This encompasses all of the smiles, Sy...from that of a newborn babe to its mother's face, to that of an old gent warming his bones in the sun...from the hand of a child on a pup's head...to the visit at the graveside, remembering a loved one's good deeds....

yes, Sir, it encompassed it all!

Enjoy the brew!

Seymour darling boy this is simply outstanding writing. Again flawless and perfectly presented. What can I say but this is exceptional. YOU always write brilliantly and today is no exception. Wonderful flow and rhythm, as you seem to always do you’ve painted the picture to PERFECTION. You write so wonderfully, and YOU have described Happiness so well, the only thing it misses is the warm good feeling I get from you and your writing.
