I trace each texture and line of your face
Caressing the hair from your ear back in ocean waves
The heavens bask through the periwinkle sgraffito ceiling
Simpering with honeyed horizons of mushy unconditional passion

In this moment karma is obsolete, fate is overrated
Softly sunburned in the lips of the Sun
Warbling like Eros and Psyche against sexy tropical punch canvas
Earth, wind, and fire balming us in loves sacred dance

Together we soak up the sun, wearing your flesh upon mine
My heart beating with yours, echoing laughter to each other
Carrying you as close to the heavens as I can
Tasting the peach-and-cream colors of our loves divinity

Softly I lick the butterscotch sweetness of your lips
Kissing you as the sun is in proportion to the both of us
Matchmade together, soulmates embraced in this caramel sunset, God our wedding host
We're two angels with one destiny, condemned together forever more...
