Last week in Toronto another child was murdered, when will it all end???
Dedicated to all the children in our world that have died by violence.

Another Child To Hold

Gift Your loving arms secure
To this innocent and pure
Victim of this troubled time
This plague without a cure

Look into her gentle soul
Hold tenderly her hand
Erase the fear she held
Help her to understand

Remove from her memory
The question in her look
Panic that filled her mind
As her sweet life he took

Please God hold her tight
Comfort her into Your fold
This cruel world has given You
Yet another child to hold

brian - yes, it makes one wonder what has happened to the very heart of man. The purest of the pure to be cast aside and worse. Well written heartfelt piece. Chris

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Brian, this is sooooooo horrible, I too can't understand who can have such a cold heart to do such a thing to any child like that! (sad sigh) This is heartbreaking, sweet friend, my heart cries out to all the children of the world and I pray He will protect the all with all His heart! (wipes tears) I join you in your heartfelt prayers, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Brian, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton

This one brought a lump to my throat and a very sad tear to my eye. I was hoping the title meant you had a new child in the house, to hold onto and love. If only that had been the case.

Oh Brian this is so beautiful, I love the poem and the picture truly enhances it. Now did you learn this from what I wrote you? or did you have to get more help? easy isnt it. This is a very touching poem. I too get so angry at the murder and abuse of children. floria

Brian, this is such a sad event. I'm unable to see how anyone could willfully murder a child. Insanity is one thing, but a cold blooded murder is uncomprehensible to me. Nicely put, my friend, and good to see you again.
