I am a woman~
like the rocks upon the shores
smooth and worn from
the passing of time,
but yet still enduring.

I am not the she of yesterday~
weak, afraid, and lonely
like the wild flower that could not
break through to greet the sun.

I am a combination of all things ~
past and present.

I am not the future~
but more so a dreamer
of tomorrow.

I am a wisher~
I hang my hopes
upon the stars that
dangle from the sky
to brighten the darkest of nights.

I am not the storm~
rolling in to disrupt life.

I am the gentle summer rain~
that washes it's warmth over you.

I am many things~
but sometimes
I am not~

I love this line:
I hang my hopes
upon the stars that
dangle from the sky

Captivating.

(smiles) Ooohhhh...this is soooooo beautiful, sweet friend, such wisdom fills your glorious words! (kiss on cheek) Yes, never worry about tomorrow, but rather may we all dream but meanwhile cherish each moment with a smile and understand that all we're not is not what matters but it is all we are! We all love you so much, sweet friend, this is excellent! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Donna, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

there is such strength in that verse...
and such inner contentment with ones reflection in this whole piece...
