I have never loved someone
from the inside…out
before now
before you

contentment
coupled with
passion
approaches infinity

believe me
the reality of you
will still stop my heart
many lifetimes from now

Duncan, this may be one of the most intense love poems I have read.

"approaches infinity" ????

my dear poet Duncan ... with that verse ... you just touched infinity.
and took most all our breath away in the doing so.

Duncan darling boy What can I say except this is utterly wonderful. This is heart-stoppingly lovely, so breathtaking that I’m left gasping in admiration.

Truly outstandingly fabulous writing here.

Sometimes your poetry just leaves me speechless….this is one of those times. Karen’s right, I’m melting…you know how much I love this don’t you? And I will remind you of this, many lifetimes from now…when you’re bored with me!!! Lol. I’m heading out on my travels shortly, but I shall take this with me…til Monday darlin

If she who dies with the most toys wins, then can I have some toy boys please?

Now this sounds like a poem that has been written by a heart in love with its soulmate...

Love the last lines...
