She pens with quill in hand
in soft vanilla candlelight
love weeping from her heart
in the silhouettes of the night

Upon parchment paper
stained by bleeding tears
torn between the shadows
in the fate of midnight clear

Her quivering lip she tenderly bites.
while soft fragile hand lovingly writes

Clad in gossamer moonlight
penning her ink of passion
her Dear one ..Knight Chulwood
within her tears, and her soul
His love locked within
chambers of her heart
never to be stole

Dear Lady Ollyne, Oh where did she go?
her love as sacred as Dead Sea Scrolls..
has she found another love
or has she faded away
with memoirs of Knight Chulwood
upon shores of vanilla bouquet.

"To love and be loved is to feel the sun from both sides."
~ David Viscott

Victoria,

Her quivering lip she tenderly bites.
while soft fragile hand lovingly writes

Why would she hold back? I love this write.

Oh, that she swift come again
a romance lay beneath her pen
we seek the shore, the wind, the plains
beseeching her to come again

This is so touching and I for one am reading far beyond the words.  I can't help my tears.   This was so very thoughtful of you Victoria.  I anticipate her return and the endearing magic of her words.

Lost

Dearest Lady ~V
fear not for me,
but for my loss
and sad of tone.
I am, but now,
so all alone.

Words do not grace
nor arms embrace,
no sign received
from dove in white,
in darkness covered
I am, each night.

My Knight 'tis fled,
no more be read
of memoirs old
nor love in wait.
This Lady's dreams
have met their fate.

Most gracious thanks
for remembering,
Lady Ollyne
