for I have held these words far too long.
I have everything a person needs,
food, shelter and clothing.
Right?
Sure, of course, and it's marvelous
isn't it?
It's like flying with no fuel.

Cause there are somethings I do not have.
Things I feel I now deserve.

Things I'm not ashamed to ask for.

How about a little encouragement in me
being me?

I don't want a bouquet of flowers,
and no more letters of apology,
emotional blackmail, that's what it is
and I've had it!
Stop crying and whining about
how awful YOU feel and look at
me.

Expression? You say you can't express
yourself when making love.

Honey, it takes more than five minutes, tops.

I'm not a bird in a cage
or maybe I was, trapped
but the door is opened now,
and you know what?

I'm not hungry, naked, or out in the cold
but inside, inside I am

starving
lost
freezing

you know what to do.

Stop using me as a "servant"
and start treating me like
the woman I am.
The things you want you can pay for...
that's not me. I'm better than that.

Maybe worship me a little?

If you don't, and you have
that chance again,
if you don't,
then yes, you have every
reason to be afraid of losing me.

So, remember that.

Be afraid, be very afraid.

If you don't give me a little more.....

Is very sad how easily relationships can fall here when I think neither in the beginning plans to.
