The first draft of winter
Is usually etched lightly on
An early autumn dawn
With extreme prettiness
Reaching well into
The falling horizon
Occurring more often
Until perfectly snown

Darn our rainballs drip right through your hands so it makes it hard to have a rainball fight in B.C.  This was just lovely Toerag.

I take it on the last line is snown and not shown? It creates a pleasant picture either way. Look forward to reading more from you!

My dear Toe,

I might have known
you made it snown
And I was shown
perfect picture bright

And scattered cold
in tremble told
made me so bold
to say you still delight!

Welcome back. I've missed ya! *Huggles*

hmmm... there's GOT to be a hidden meaning in here somewhere.  Some mean thing.  But I can't find it.  All I read is some pretty poetry stuff, and I know you better than that, you scalawag!

Snown? Snown? Is this a Toeism? A very pretty picture, Toe, here I was expecting a Balladeer or LgnJohn sneak attack!

Underneath my tree -
It is the joy of seeing again
Toe posting poetry! *S*

Nice to meet you finally, Toerag. I half expected some diabolical diatribe when I saw your name, after a few things others (AHEM jealous?) have said about your past poetic postings. To my surprise, I found a gentle snow falling. Very nice.
